Thomas Hoehner is an associate with Marjama Muldoon Blasiak & Sullivan LLP. Mr. Hoehner’s practice focuses on patent, trademark and copyright matters, with an emphasis on the litigation and resolution of intellectual property infringement disputes and related claims.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hoehner worked as a technology management consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Keane, Inc., and he possesses over 10 years of project/program management, software application development, business process outsourcing, and business process design experience. He has extensive and diverse experience in implementing large, complex business solutions and managing the system development lifecycle for custom software application development and packaged software integration. Mr. Hoehner has managed large, cross functional and geographically dispersed teams on projects in the communications and financial services industries focused in the following functional areas: customer care, human resources, finance, billing, purchasing, inventory management, sales, marketing, fraud control and product development.
