Mark Vallone is an Associate with Marjama Muldoon Blasiak & Sullivan LLP. His practice focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright matters, with an emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark matters, and including the licensing of intellectual property rights.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Vallone worked as a software engineer in the IBM server group. During that time, he designed and developed network security and e-commerce applications for mid-range systems, contributing to patented technology, and led the design and development of grid computing toolsets. Mr. Vallone also served as an adjunct instructor at Broome Community College, where he taught interactive web site development.
Prior to joining Marjama Muldoon, Mr. Vallone also gained significant private practice experience in general business and corporate matters, including formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and private placement and angel investment transactions pertaining to start-up and early-stage companies.
