Owen D. Marjama

Owen Marjama is one of the founding members of the law firm. Mr. Marjama is a patent attorney with considerable experience in client counseling, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and rendering legal opinions. Mr. Marjama has 19 years of experience in private practice. His practice includes a variety of technology areas, as listed above. In addition to patent preparation and prosecution experience, Mr. Marjama has been involved in infringement and validity studies.

Mr. Marjama has extensive experience in the areas of patent preparation and prosecution, trademarks, copyrights, validity and infringement opinions, negotiating and drafting technology and patent licensing agreements, consulting agreements, joint venture, private labeling, and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Marjama Muldoon, Mr. Marjama was a partner in the Harris Beach & Wilcox Intellectual Property Department.

Prior to joining the Harris Beach & Wilcox Intellectual Property Department, Mr. Marjama spent 19 years as an in-house attorney, first with Xerox Corporation and then with Sybron Corporation.
