Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in patent prosecution and/or litigation. Candidates should also be registered to practice before the USPTO. While qualified candidates of all technical disciplines will be considered, backgrounds in electrical engineering and computer science are preferred.
The firm's growing intellectual property practice focuses on patent and trademark prosecution as well as litigation of disputes for clients that include regional and national Fortune 100 companies. Qualified candidates must be both technically proficient and effective communicators. While the firm considers all technical backgrounds, certain backgrounds are particularly preferred, such as electrical engineering, chemical engineering, and computer science.
