Support Staff 

Our support staff is well trained and is expert in filing documents for U.S., PCT, and foreign patent applications, U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and for other related matters. Marjama Muldoon provides individualized service for each client, and our support staff is attentive to each client's particular needs.  The firm employs an excellent docketing system to maintain all of our clients' files accurately and efficiently.

The docketing system supports both patents and trademarks. The patent docketing system allows our support staff to track filing dates, patent prosecution actions and responses, renewals in foreign countries, foreign annuities, and U.S. maintenance fees. The trademark docketing system allows us to track new application data, affidavits of use, renewal dates, assignments for both U.S. marks and foreign marks. 

Our docketing systems provide the ability to generate status reports for the convenience of our clients, as well as for assisting them in their annual IP budgeting processes.
